Autopilot for dealer offers, on 500 dealerships in two years.
A dealership's offers change every month and its lot changes every day. We built the platform that keeps the two in step: every OEM's incentives, matched to the vehicles actually in stock, disclaimed and published everywhere the inventory appears. The dealer stays in control with one click, and nobody on staff has another thing to do.
The scale
500
dealerships in two years
- One of the five largest publicly traded auto dealer groups in the US is a customer.
- Pilots underway with some of the largest private dealer groups in the US.
The problem
The specials page is one of the highest-intent pages on a dealer's site, and it is almost always out of date. Incentives change monthly across lease, finance, cash and APR. Inventory changes daily. Matching one to the other, with a compliant disclaimer on every offer, is brutal to do by hand, so most stores do it late or not at all.
The cost is real: offers advertised on vehicles that sold last week, offers that expired, and a marketing team spending days on creative updates instead of selling cars.
The system
Five steps, and no person in the loop unless the dealer wants to be.
01
Inventory
The dealer approves one feed request. The platform reads the lot from the inventory system, by VIN.
02
Incentives
Every OEM's lease, finance, cash and APR programs, carried and kept current.
03
Match
Each offer matched to the exact vehicles in stock that qualify for it.
04
Disclaim
A compliant disclaimer written for every offer, automatically.
05
Publish
To the specials page, vehicle pages, banners, email and social ads, updating as the lot changes.
- Every OEM
- Incentive data carried
- VIN‑level
- Offer to inventory matching
- One click
- To publish, feature or pull an offer
What we are building
The future of automotive marketing and merchandising: the dealer in control, the data doing the work.
The dealer in control
Every offer is the dealer's call. Publish, feature or pull offers in one click, one at a time or in bulk, and the change is live everywhere the inventory appears.
A read on the market
Competitor inventory and advertised prices next to the store's own, against the market median, so an offer is set with the whole picture.
Holding gross
The dealer sets the payment a model should advertise at and the platform holds it across the VINs in stock. Discounting becomes a decision, not a default.
Autopilot
Each day it picks the vehicle to feature and the message to lead with: lowest price, largest discount, longest on the lot, best lease or rate. Offers, disclaimers and creative stay current on their own. It is not another thing for the store to do.
How we took it to market
We built the product, the brand and the demand.
The brand
Identity, design system and positioning from nothing.
Turnkey onboarding
A store is set up from its website and one inventory-feed approval. Nothing for the dealer to build.
Go-to-market
The site, the story and outbound to dealers, dealer groups and the agencies that serve them.
What it proves
DealerCentives is the clearest proof of how we work. We did not market a product; we built the product, the brand and the demand behind it. It is the future of automotive marketing and merchandising as we see it: the dealer in control, the data doing the work.
