Approach

A long game. Each phase earns the next.

Month one is research, interviews and planning. It ends with an informed strategy and a budget for what comes next. Month two builds the fundamentals. The strategy sets the pace from there.

01

Month one

Research, interviews, planning

Fixed fee. No media.

  1. Week 1

Interviews with the founders, sales, operations and whoever answers the phone. A read of the analytics, search, CRM and ad accounts.

  2. Week 2

Customer, prospect and partner conversations where possible. Market and competitor review. The pricing and capacity picture.

  3. Week 3

Strategy draft: positioning, buyers, channels, what to measure, and the roadmap phase by phase.

  4. Week 4

Working session with your team. Strategy agreed, budget for the months ahead recommended, month two scoped.

End of month one

A written strategy and roadmap, a budget recommendation, and the research behind it. You keep all of it either way.

02

Month two

Fundamentals

Scope set by the strategy.

  1. Story

The company story for investors, press and partners, and the buyer's story for the people who pay. Two stories, one company.

  2. Site

A site that tells both stories and sends each visitor to the right one. No visitor has to guess where to go.

  3. Paths

Each campaign lands on a page built for that audience. Buyers go to the store or the quote; partners to the partner page.

  4. Systems

CRM, ops integration and one clean analytics stack, so every request has a source and every campaign shows what it brought in.

End of month two

A site that tells both stories, a CRM that captures what comes in, and tracking that shows where it came from.

03

After

Run it

Monthly, from the strategy.

  1. Ads

Search, Performance Max and social, managed daily against booked revenue, not clicks.

  2. Site

Pages, content and answers for the questions buyers and AI assistants ask.

  3. Reviews

Reputation hubs, review routing and the email lifecycle that earns the next referral.

  4. Reporting

Leads to booked revenue by source, branch and month. Then adjust as the market answers back.

From then on

Run the strategy from month one, then adjust it as the market answers back. Each phase earns the next.

What we run, what we build

Above the line, what customers see. Beneath it, the systems that make it measurable.

  • Ads
  • Website
  • Store or funnel
  • Reviews
  • Referrals
  • CRM
  • Attribution
  • Ops integration
  • Reporting
  • Ledger

Above the line

  • Ads

Google, Meta and the rest, managed daily.

  • Website

Fast, owned outright, every URL kept.

  • Store or quote funnel

The path from interest to a request, built for the business.

  • Reviews

    Reputation that ranks and routes.

  • Referrals

Email, partners and the people who already bought.

Beneath it

  • CRM

Every contact and every deal in one place, written to by the site, the funnel and the phone.

  • Attribution

A click ID on every lead, cross‑domain tracking, conversions fed back to the ad platforms.

  • Ops integration

Leads become jobs, orders or projects in the software you already run. No re‑keying.

  • Reporting

Leads to booked revenue by source, branch and month. One dashboard, one set of numbers.

  • Ledger

Orders, invoices and payments where finance can see them, so marketing is measured in money.

Questions

What does month one cost?
A fixed fee, quoted before it starts. No media spend and no retainer. The scope is the same for every company: interviews, a read of the accounts and the market, a written strategy and a budget recommendation.
What if we stop after month one?
Then you keep everything it produced: the strategy and roadmap, the budget recommendation and the research. Nothing in month one depends on hiring us for month two.
What do you need from us?
Access to the analytics, ad accounts and CRM, and time with the founders, sales, operations and whoever answers the phone. We do the rest.
How long until it shows up in the numbers?
The measurement is in place by the end of month two. Paid media moves within weeks of that. Search compounds over three to six months. We set the expected timeline in the strategy, by channel.
How is the ongoing work priced?
Monthly, scoped by the strategy from month one. Media spend is separate and paid directly to the platforms from the company's own accounts.
Can you work alongside our team or another agency?
Yes. We often build the systems and run part of the marketing while an in-house team or a specialist runs the rest. The systems and the reporting stay with the company either way.

Month one commits both sides to nothing beyond it. You keep every deliverable.

Each system has its own page: the nine systems, and the industries where we have run them.
