Jive started in 2005 on a simple read: most agencies sell activity. We wanted to sell outcomes, which meant building the systems that make outcomes measurable, then running the marketing against them.
Twenty years later that is still the shape of the work. We have run marketing for a public company, for the largest distributor organizations inside a $2.2B company, for venture‑backed founders in San Francisco, for the studio behind one of film's longest-running franchises, and for owner‑operators who need every lead to show up as a booked job.
Along the way we built our own company. DealerCentives, our automotive platform, runs on 500 dealerships, and sits beside Jive under Ethos Ventures, our parent company. It is the clearest proof of how we work: build the system, then drive the demand.
