Orders joined to ad clicks, for a public company.
Customer attribution, owned messaging and the campaigns on top, for a Nasdaq-listed company that sells online and through a network of associates.
The problem
A public company selling online and through associates needs to know which dollar of advertising produced which customer, and whether that customer was new, active or coming back. The ad platforms could not answer that. The order system could, once the two were joined.
What we built
Built, and still running.
Attribution dashboard
Store orders joined to ad clicks: new, active and reactivated customers, and return on ad spend by campaign on matched orders, with social spend blended in.
Conversion feedback
Order attribution at the storefront and a nightly upload of offline conversions, so the ad platform optimizes toward orders.
Owned messaging
An email and messaging system the company owns, piloting in one of its international markets.
Product data
A product feed that keeps transactional email current with the catalog.
Campaign tools
Landing pages, product-experience trackers, a challenge app, a promotion-code tracker and associate onboarding.
Paid media
Search campaigns built and managed against matched orders.
What happened
Marketing at Mannatech is read in customers and matched revenue, by campaign, in a dashboard the company owns.
