E-commerce
An online business is a system before it is a store. We build the order path and the operations beneath it, connect the store to the CRM, the fulfillment and the ledger, and run the acquisition and the lifecycle against revenue the finance team can see.
What growth looks like
We have run all of the marketing for the largest distributor organizations inside Young Living while the company grew from $200M to $2.2B, built marketing systems and campaigns for Mannatech, a public company, and built international ordering and fulfillment for Block Therapy, shipping from the US and overseas.
Each of those is a different shape of e-commerce: direct, distributor-led, and international. The systems are the same: a store and paths built for the buyer, paid and email measured against orders, ops integration so an order becomes a shipment without re-keying, and a ledger where marketing is measured in money.

Questions
- Which platforms do you work on?
- Shopify most often, plus the platforms our clients already run. The store is one system among several; the connections to the CRM, fulfillment and the ledger are where the work is.
- Can you handle international fulfillment?
- Yes. For Block Therapy we built international ordering with US and overseas third-party logistics, so an order anywhere ships from the right place.
- What about distributor or partner sales?
- That is where much of our e-commerce experience is. Distributor organizations inside Young Living and Mannatech sell through people, and the systems have to credit the right person and pay them. We have built that.
