The Brief:
Lindsey was already killing it when we started working with her.
She’s was a high-engagement influencer with endorsement deals and speaking engagements all over the world.
She knew she had more to give, and wanted to have a positive impact with her work while creating a business she was proud to own. Let's call it… success with fulfillment.

- First, she worked for years to build trust and authority with her social media audience. When she spoke, they listened (and more importantly bought products she recommended).
- She was an energetic, well spoken subject matter expert who absolutely crushed on camera.

When working with a personal brand like Lindsey’s it’s critical to have a partner that holds their own. As a marketing team we can do a lot behind the scenes, but it’s hard for us to be the face.

We set out with three pillars to our approach:
Product market fit (right product, right message, right time).
Lindsey worked hard for years to build her influence and it was a tremendous asset to build on. It was critical to monetize her platform without alienating the people who looked to her for guidance.
We started with this audience and worked backwards, asking three questions:
- What problems does her audience have?
- What expertise does Lindnsey have?
- Where do these two things overlap?

Customer experience as the North Star
Great companies care about their customers, and are rewarded for doing so. It’s the long-game approach. The Amazon approach. Do what’s best for the customer - create a great product that solves a problem in a format that’s a joy to use.
Data and personalization would be our super power.
To deliver a great customer experience we need to understand our customer and what matters to them. This is where data comes in.
By paying attention to what videos they watched, what emails they read, and what events they attended, we’d develop a product experience that was custom-tailored to each customer.
